Through pre-planning construction operations and safety participation that begins at project pursuit, our strategy is to identify all potential site risks and prevent accidents before they occur. Safety Officer Asaymu Swen focuses on the documentation and safety requirements for each active project, keeping our team updated with safety procedures in each state, reviewing rigging plans, and visiting job sites to ensure adherence to safety protocols. The project managers, site supervisors, and general superintendents deployed to Synergi’s job sites have completed their OSHA 30-hour training at minimum, with additional training as required by local and state regulations, enabling them to keep a constant eye on our operations for potentially dangerous situations that may require immediate corrective action.
Our standards, mandatory safety inspections, and numerous training programs, along with these practices, have resulted in a comprehensive and effective safety organization. To ensure we’re upholding the highest safety standards, Synergi also employs a third party to perform random safety audits for both our fabrication shops and onsite operations across the country.
Every day, we aim to exceed conventional safety regulations, devising new methods to assure that no safety accidents, no matter how minor, occur. We create and implement complete programs that are specifically adapted to each project, including custom safety plans, rigging plans, and logistics renderings, such as the below examples.
These photos, taken from actual Synergi job sites, demonstrate the safety measures and practices routinely screened for during regularly-occurring site walks and safety inspections.
