Welcoming Three New Designers To Synergi’s Engineering Team
Synergi expands its engineering team with expertise in 3D modeling and stair design.
This month, Synergi is pleased to welcome Jeannette Ralyea Watson, Bill Colclough, and Tim Ritschel as Detailers to our DC Metro office.
JEANNETTE RALYEA WATSON, DETAILER
Jeannette began her career as a CNC Programmer and Technician after earning her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Industrial Design from the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design, and certificate of Product Design as an exchange student at L’Ecole de Design Nantes Atlantique. Her career in digital fabrication progressed from events to furniture, eventually claiming her strengths in architectural design with a focus on custom fabrication utilizing digital tools such as 5-axis CNC and additive manufacturing. Coming to Synergi from Crystal Steel Fabricators, Jeannette has seven years of experience in the design and construction industry. Jeannette is joining Synergi to work in Architectural Design and 3D Modeling within the Engineering department and reports to our Senior Engineering Manager, Edward Garcia.
BILL COLCLOUGH, DETAILER
After starting his career in the U.S. Army as a Sergeant E5, Squad Leader, Bill continued at Specialty Welding and Fabrication, where he spent the latter part of his career as the Director of Design and Engineering. Bill comes to Synergi with over 22 years of misc—metals, stair, and railing design and detailing experience – including experience with previous Synergi projects. Bill will work within the Engineering department and report to our Senior Engineering Manager, Edward Garcia.
TIM RITSCHEL, DETAILER
Tim started his career as a CAD Drafter at Ram-Tech Engineers after attending OCM Boces, Liverpool, NY, and acquiring his AutoCAD Drafting Certification. Coming to Synergi from Specialty Welding and Fabrication, Tim worked as a 2D/3D Modeler alongside former colleague and new Synergi team member Bill Colclough. With over 15 years of experience in the design and detailing of misc—metals, stairs, and railings, Tim will also work within the Engineering department and report to our new Detailer, Bill Colclough.
