General Contractor: Bayley Construction

Scope of Work

Mirror fade guardrail at the oculus, retrofit of old glass guardrail at the atrium, new stair glass rails

Overview

Vibrant, modern, and technologically-forward, you would never guess this five-story, retail destination - the "Living Room of Downtown Seattle" - actually has a rich 20-year history in the city. The new Pacific Place mall, redeveloped by Gensler and carried out by Bayley (including Synergi's railing), improves connectivity and flow. A new interior of experiential design, sculptural art, and a creative gallery of Pacific Northwest artists combine to create a uniquely Seattle aesthetic that poises Pacific Place to become an industry icon.
