Synergi Expands Its West Coast Presence and Welcomes Client Relations Director

Synergi is pleased to announce that we are increasing our footprint in our West Coast Region with three new senior-level hires - signifying Synergi’s continued nationwide growth and development.

Since January 2022, Synergi has hired 21 new employees in five months. With new employees in the fields of engineering, estimation, project management, design, and more, we have continued to establish roots in strategic locations that will provide the highest standards of service to new and existing clients.

Further strengthening our current offices in New York, Washington, DC, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Dallas, we’re excited to continue Synergi’s expansion on the West Coast! With a slew of ongoing projects for significant clients in Seattle, Sunnyvale, Redmond, Burbank, and more, we anticipate building on successful project performance and solidifying our presence in the region.

As part of our west coast expansion strategy, Synergi has recently hired two key additions to the team, Project Executive Tyler Meek and Director of Business Development Jim Lockhart. Synergi’s newest west coast hire, Chris Brilz, will join Tyler and Jim as Regional Director of Client Relations based in Seattle, WA.

Chris has a background working as a Structural Engineer (P.E.), at Redmond Welders and Fabricators and most recently at Schuff Steel, bringing with him 15 years of experience in the misc./ornamental metals industry. An established player in the local design and construction community of the Pacific Northwest, Chris has a unique combination of Business Development experience and technical design background to help support and further establish Synergi’s west coast team.

Chris is a licensed Professional Engineer who holds a degree in Civil Engineering as well as a master’s degree in Business Administration from Gonzaga University. Chris is also an active member of the Northwest Region of the Design-Build Institute of America.

Per Chris: “I am enthusiastic about advancing the state of the construction industry with innovative delivery methods including design-build, integrated project delivery, and design-assist. I am proud to join the team at Synergi, and to use these methods to deliver statement projects to our clients.”
