Welcoming New EVP of Delivery Kevin Bauer
Kevin will work closely with Synergi’s CEOs to head up both the preconstruction and construction/operations groups, enhancing collaborations between these departments to better service our clients.

With a steady increase in projects across the nation, Synergi’s ever-expanding footprint demands strategic alignment of key business initiatives. In view of this need, we are very pleased to announce that Kevin Bauer has joined Synergi as Executive Vice President of Delivery on June 1st, 2022. Kevin will work closely with Synergi’s CEOs to head up both the preconstruction and construction/operations groups, enhancing collaborations between these departments to better service our clients.
Having attended The US Naval Academy, for Computer Science and Loyola College for his MBA, Kevin began his career as a Nuclear Trained Submarine Officer. More recently, Kevin joins us from Limbach Company, a leading nationwide mechanical construction and service firm, where Kevin oversaw the Mid-Atlantic region. With over 15 years in operational and leadership roles, Kevin excels in building and developing top performing teams, while leading people and organizations through integration and expansion.
