We’re excited to announce our newest addition to the Synergi team, Tracy Lea Neff, as Chief Operating Officer.
Tracy Lea Neff joins us with a wealth of experience spanning over three decades in various leadership roles in the construction and real estate industries.
Most recently, Tracy served as the PJM Division Director for Industrial and Logistics at CBRE, where she led strategic initiatives and managed significant projects across the United States. Prior to her tenure at CBRE, Tracy was the Operations Director for the Americas at Unispace, overseeing operations and driving efficiency across multiple regions.
Tracy is a role model in the industry with a proven track record of success in managing large-scale projects and optimizing operational processes. With 35 years of experience in the industry, Tracy is poised to bring exceptional leadership and vision to our team. Her expertise will continue to drive Synergi’s growth and operational excellence.
