NAIOP DC Recognizes Alexander Court

alexander court Named best DC urban office over 150,000 sf

This month, NAIOP DC released its 2019 Award of Excellence winners and we’re thrilled to see Alexander Court on the list. This innovative corporate office reconfigured two separate buildings into one to create a one-million-square-foot icon.

Alexander Court resides in the heart of downtown Washington, D.C. and includes a four-story expansion, new façade, new public spaces for tenants, upgraded interior finishes and much more. We had the privilege of creating and installing the stainless-steel handrails, interior columns, and bridge cladding in the main lobby.  We also designed and installed the stainless-steel and glass railings throughout the building and the stainless-steel and glass gates on the exterior of each penthouse.

Congratulations to the entire project team for this well-deserved recognition!
