3 curved feature stairs with terrazzo treads, steel handrails, integrated lighting, and curved wood and glass guardrails.

Overview

Clifford Chance has officially settled into its new home at Two Manhattan West, a 58-story landmark reshaping the Hudson Yards skyline. Synergi was entrusted to deliver three stunning curved stairs connecting levels 39 through 42. Our scope included the steel structures, terrazzo treads, steel handrails, integrated lighting, and curved glass and wood guardrails that frame sweeping views of the city.

The project also sets a new benchmark in sustainable workplace design, becoming the first commercial interior office in NYC to achieve all three: LEED® Platinum, WELL 3 Stars, and Fitwel 3 Stars.
