Overview
Synergi developed a strategic plan to optimize sequencing, including overlapping activities and implementing in-shop templating. This allowed for the early fabrication of guardrails and treads—well before the steel structure arrived on-site—streamlining the overall process. By identifying and resolving coordination issues early in the design phase, Synergi eliminated the typical 15-20% change orders that arise from managing 5+ trades separately. The result was a more efficient, predictable, and accelerated construction timeline.
