Overview
T Rowe Price's $278 million development for its Global Headquarters is composed of two seven-story sustainable buildings linked by an all-glass lobby atrium, taking advantage of its premier location along the waterfront. With Synergi's interconnecting feature stairs exposed by large windows, the new space will welcome plenty of natural light, highlighting its timeless design that incorporates wood, stone, and other natural materials.
