Scope of Work

Microsoft Atlantic Yards consists of 523,511 square feet of progressive office space in two buildings, and is located on-site within Atlantic Station in the flourishing Midtown submarket.

The facility has been designed to reflect local design elements and incorporate the surrounding outdoor areas into work and community spaces, perfect for promoting the Atlanta art and music scene. Synegi worked in collaboration with Gensler and Leapley Construction to design and install five showpiece connecting stairs to create dynamic workplace and amenity space for 1,500 team members and support new product development.
