Prefabricated feature stair, lighted marble treads, handrails, and curved oak guardrails.

Overview

Located in the historic One Wall Street building, Printemps’ flagship U.S. store marks a landmark retail debut in New York City—reviving a classic Art Deco skyscraper with bold, contemporary luxury. Synergi’s centerpiece contribution is a dramatic, prefabricated curved stair that anchors the store’s elegant interior. Featuring illuminated marble treads, handrails, and curved oak guardrails, the stair reflects both Parisian glamour and cutting-edge fabrication. As a signature architectural feature, it complements designer Laura Gonzalez’s richly detailed interiors and symbolizes Printemps’ commitment top quality craftsmanship in its first U.S. venture.
