Overview

Nestled in a green park in the heart of downtown Bethesda, The Elm is one of two 28-story luxury apartment towers connected by a glass skybridge and features stunning views of Washington, DC. With an atmosphere that is “clean, contemporary, and convivial,” The Elm features a soothing, Scandinavian-inspired color palette that makes use of natural elements of wood, stone, and water and expansive windows that welcome sunlight.

Along with its connected office tower, The Wilson, The Elm is the winner of the 2021 ENR MidAtlantic Project of the Year Award for Best Office/Retail/Mixed Use.
