With a total of 1.6 million square feet of space across seven buildings, the North Torrey Pines Living & Learning Neighborhood at UC San Diego blends residential, academic, commercial, and cultural programming in a single district.

Synergi teamed up with HKS, Inc. and Clark Construction Group to deliver over 3,500 linear feet of interior and exterior glass guardrail on this exciting new live, learn, and play community on campus.

UCSD's North Torrey Pines Living & Learning Center was awarded a 2021 Orchid Award from the San Diego Architectural Foundation (SDAF) as an outstanding example of fine design.
