Synergi’s scope for this groundbreaking mass timber project includes fully factory assembled feature stairs in blackened stained steel guardrails and treads – forming a floating stair with no stringers. Through our expertise in prefabrication, we were able to optimize the design and identify areas to minimize cost, reduce embodied carbon emissions, and create installation efficiencies.
