According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, there are more than 3.3 million administrative assistants and secretaries employed in the U.S. Executive assistants and administrative professionals have long been valued assets in businesses. While their efforts should be recognized and appreciated on a regular basis, one day each year provides an opportunity to highlight their excellence.

This year, Administrative Professionals Day falls on April 27, 2022, and Synergi would like to honor it with an interview from one of our Executive Assistants, Gail Hatch!

In this industry, more than 5 years of experience is needed in an administrative assistant role as a prerequisite. The EA position at Synergi is critical to the whole business.

Fully supporting a company executive or several executives. This includes organizing calendars, managing email accounts, timekeeping, filing, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel.

Time management and organization of the given executive.

WHAT TYPE OF ENVIRONMENT DO YOU WORK IN?

I work in an office environment and mostly just need a computer.
