We’re thrilled to welcome Curt Johnson as Vice President of Preconstruction, a role that marks an exciting new chapter for Synergi.

Preconstruction is the heartbeat of what we do, where vision meets feasibility, and where every great project begins. Curt’s leadership marks an important step forward as we continue strengthening how our teams collaborate, innovate, and deliver excellence from the very start.

With a BS in Engineering from Iowa State University and an MBA from Loyola University Maryland, Curt brings over 30 years of experience in construction and engineering. He began his career at Harmon and most recently served as Regional General Manager at Pioneer Cladding and Glazing Systems, where he led large-scale operations and drove continuous improvement across teams.

At Synergi, Curt will be based in our headquarters office and report to COO Tracy Lea Neff. Under Tracy’s guidance, the Preconstruction Department will continue to deepen its connection with our Engineering, Construction, and Operations teams, building stronger alignment and setting the stage for what’s next.
