We are excited to announce that Kevin Smith has joined Synergi as Vice President of Engineering & Detailing. Kevin brings more than two decades of experience in the industry, with a proven track record in technical leadership, innovation, and engineering excellence.

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science from Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Science from Kansas State University. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in 12 states and an AWS Certified Welding Inspector. Throughout his career, Kevin has been recognized for his contributions to the field with several patents and numerous professional publications.

Most recently, Kevin served at Construction Specialties, where he was responsible for all technical and engineering functions within the Miscellaneous Metals Fabrication Division. His role included leading the in-house engineering and detailing teams, bringing a wealth of knowledge and hands-on leadership to complex projects.

In his new role at Synergi, Kevin will oversee both our Detailing and Engineering departments and will report directly to our COO, Tracy Lea Neff. We are thrilled to welcome such a talented and highly technical leader to our team as we continue to grow and push the boundaries of what’s possible in architectural metals. Welcome, Kevin!
