Synergi is pleased to welcome Theodore (Teddy) Stray to our expanding San Francisco office! Joining Synergi from Mohawk, a leading global manufacturer of commercial flooring applications, Teddy has twenty years of experience in the commercial construction industry. While serving as Director of Global and Strategic Clients for Mohawk and, previously, Shaw Industries, Teddy was responsible for leading business development strategies that resulted in worldwide sales and acquiring global procurement contracts. With a passion for sustainability, Teddy held positions on international sustainability teams at Shaw and Mohawk, focusing on EPR (extended producer responsibility), take-back strategies and reclamation, de-materialization, and innovation of products. Working globally provided opportunities for collaboration with clients outside the US, including the EMEA, APAC, and India, across a broad range of business segments, including Tech, Finance, BioScience, and Retail!

With critical active projects across the West Coast, Synergi is excited to welcome Teddy onboard and bolster our team with fresh talent – further solidifying our presence nationwide.
