Synergi is proud to announce the promotion of our COO, Tracy Lea Neff, to President, effective November 12th, 2025.  

In her new role, Tracy will work alongside our CEO to lead Synergi into its next phase of innovation and growth. Over the past 18 months as COO, Tracy has immersed herself in understanding Synergi’s unique challenges and opportunities, strengthening our teams, and helping position us for what’s next. Now, as President, she will oversee senior management, refine organizational procedures, and drive operational efficiency across the company. 

This strategic transition strengthens our foundation for global enterprise, balances our focus on growth and delivery excellence, and leverages the complementary skill sets across our leadership team.
