This month, Synergi is pleased to welcome Dan Pfister as a Pre-Construction Manager and Mic Rose as a Video Producer to our DC Metro office.

DAN PFISTER, PRE-CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Dan began his career in construction after graduating from the University of Pittsburgh. Coming to Synergi from Harkins Builders, Dan has 11 years of experience in the construction industry with an extensive background in project management, where he worked on projects ranging from Interior Fit-Out to Laboratories and New Buildings. Joining Synergi as a Pre-Construction Manager, Dan will be working within our large Pre-Construction department and reporting to Lawrence Waterman, Vice President of Pre-Construction.

MIC ROSE, VIDEO PRODUCER 

Since his graduation from the University of South Florida, Mic has gained experience working with all aspects of video production for a number of industries – from the Home Shopping Network and pharmaceutical industry to defense sector leader, Leidos, from which Mic joins us today. Mic will be working within the marketing department to produce content for our various digital and social media channels that will help create brand awareness, differentiate ourselves from competitors, and further position Synergi as a leader in its field.
