Entering Hudson Yards marked an ambitious step forward in our company’s history and strengthened our presence in New York, one of Synergi’s largest and fastest-growing markets.

Over the years, Synergi has delivered feature stairs for multiple award-winning projects throughout Hudson Yards, supporting leading organizations across the financial, legal, and technology sectors. Work in this environment demands close BIM/VDC coordination from early design through installation, supported by detailed shop drawing integration and precision prefabrication to eliminate the need for field adjustment. These projects are executed within highly constrained construction conditions, including limited laydown areas, strict delivery sequencing, and reliance on vertical transport through freight elevators and controlled crane picks, often within active, multi-tenant high-rise buildings.

In addition, feature stairs in these interiors require extremely tight fabrication tolerances and AESS-level finish quality due to their high architectural visibility across multiple floors and sightlines, where they function as central design elements within branded office environments. Success in this market is defined by seamless integration with surrounding architectural systems, lighting, and finishes, as well as compressed schedules and multi-stakeholder coordination between developers, architects, and tenant teams, reinforcing the value of Synergi’s integrated design-assist and prefabrication approach.
