Welcoming New Project Executive, Jacob Monroe, To Our Growing West Coast Team

Bringing a wealth of expertise accumulated over many years in the construction industry, Jacob's diverse background and professional involvement will play a pivotal role in Synergi's growth on the West Coast.

Synergi is delighted to announce the addition of Jacob Monroe to our west coast construction team as Project Executive. Bringing a wealth of expertise accumulated over 14 years in the construction industry, Jacob has a diverse background, having previously served as a critical player in a commercial general contracting firm that self-performed structural concrete work. In this capacity, he oversaw the successful completion of high-rise structures and significant infrastructure projects in San Francisco, CA.

Additionally, Jacob served as a Senior Project Manager and Director of Project Development for an egress stair subcontractor, where he spearheaded mid-rise and high-rise stair installations across various cities, including Seattle, San Francisco, LA, San Diego, Denver, and Houston. Preceding his tenure at Synergi, he contributed to government relations at Advanced Drainage Systems, a prominent land development infrastructure products company. Jacob managed relationships with local, state, and federal engineers in this role, ensuring the proper specification, design, and installation of ADS’ storm and sanitary sewer water management systems.

Holding a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo, Jacob is a licensed Professional Engineer in California, having successfully completed the Engineering Surveying and Seismic Principles examinations. He also boasts a LEED AP credential, underscoring his advanced knowledge in green building as recognized by the US Green Building Council. Currently serving as a Board of Directors member for the American Society of Civil Engineers San Diego Section, Jacob brings a wealth of professional involvement to his new position.

At Synergi, Jacob will play a pivotal role in the company’s growth by leading project management teams during the construction phase, surpassing client expectations and fostering expanded relationships. Eager to guide an intelligent and diligent team of project managers, Jacob looks forward to delivering aesthetically stunning stair solutions that set the standard in the industry.
